Refunds on Orders Placed

All orders can be canceled for a full refund up to 7 days after the order is placed.

After 7 days there is a $100 restocking fee for materials that have already been purchased for your order.

There are no refunds after 7 days for custom orders.

If you are dissatisfied with your flag for any reason,

Contact us by either email us at sales@viciouswoodworks.com, within 7 days of delivery. If beyond 7 days, we will not refund your purchase.
You will need to ship your flag back to us at your own expense, and we must receive it within 15 days of your initial request for a refund.
Once we receive your flag, we will send you a full refund.
There are NO RETURNS for Custom Orders.

We charge by USPS standard and priority rates. If you need a RUSH on an order, please contact us directly at sales@viciouswoodworks.com.
